In 2000, Manuela (born 1984) started her career as a hairdresser and stylist in Kirchdorf in Tyrol, then went to Kitzbühel for five years and has now been supporting the feel-good time of guests at the Stanglwirt for 14 years. In all this time, she has learned above all how important it is to advise her customers openly and individually: “It is quite crucial that you find out beforehand in conversation what the guest wants. Honesty plays a big role here, we have to explain what works, but also what might not work.”

“Manu” likes to spend her private time with her family and her two children, but discovering something new while traveling is also one of her passions. However, she is passionate about taking care of her guests’ hair: “With pinned hairstyles, you can be very imaginative every time.”

With Manuela, the customer is king: “I like to create a relaxed atmosphere for the guest, be open and try to get into conversation. For us, it’s also about relaxation, but above all about the guest beaming at the end. That’s the main reason we do the job.”

She has long exemplified the HAIRLODGE DNA: “My goal is to get the best out of our customers and make the guest happy. In doing so, an important requirement is to keep educating yourself so you don’t stand still.”
